Where Do I Park?

Picture your first night at a new job. It’s dark, you’re at an unfamiliar building, and you don’t know where to park, which door to use or who to ask.

That’s how most cleaning staff start, and it’s a big reason turnover in our industry is so high.

So we created a role that I don’t think anyone else has: an Onboarding Specialist. Their only job is to meet new team members on their first nights. They show them where to park and how to get in, introduce them to the crew, and stay their go-to person for the first few weeks.

People who feel welcomed stay. And when people stay, tenants see the same familiar faces every night.
