Founded in 1988, Integrated Cleaning Services has grown from a small woman-owned business into a trusted name in the cleaning industry. You may know us as DCPS Cleaning, but we're now returning to our original name, Integrated Cleaning Services—and we're happy to answer to either name. Our leadership team, comprising experienced professionals, is dedicated to operational excellence and providing responsive, tech-focused customer care.

ICS has proven to be an exceptional partner in our operations. Together, we successfully developed and implemented two new Facility Tech positions (Super Porters), significantly enhancing our ability to maintain the aesthetic quality of our buildings. These skilled professionals excel in various areas, including handyman services, such as preparing offices for new employees and ensuring they start in freshly painted spaces. Their contributions range from unclogging sinks to constructing system furniture, which has notably reduced our reliance on external vendors. Furthermore, the consistency of the custodial staff over the past six years highlights ICS as an exemplary workplace, fostering a dedicated team committed to excellence in service.
